If you make a purchase, payment information is collected securely by our third‑party payment processor (such as Apple, Google, Stripe, or another provider). We never store your full credit card number or sensitive financial data on our servers.

3. How Your Information Is Used

We use your data solely to provide and improve the App, including:

  • Saving your entries, reflections, and worksheets

  • Syncing your data across devices (if enabled)

  • Allowing you to review past entries and track progress

  • Generating insights or summaries based on your input

  • Processing payments and delivering purchased features or content

  • Providing customer support

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry‑standard encryption. Depending on your device settings, your data may be stored:

  • Locally on your device

  • In secure cloud storage to enable syncing across devices

Payment information is handled exclusively by trusted third‑party payment processors that comply with PCI‑DSS security standards.

5. How to Delete Your Data

You can delete all data at any time by navigating to:

Settings → Delete All Data

This permanently removes all stored information from your device and, if applicable, from cloud storage associated with your account.

Uninstalling the App also removes locally stored data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as you use the App. If you delete your data or uninstall the App, we do not keep backups.

Payment records may be retained by our payment processor as required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access your data

  • Correct inaccurate information

Data Deletion Policy

At Dragon Training Tactics/Lifecharge Consulting we believe users should have full control over their personal information. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can delete your data and what happens when you do.

1. How Users Can Delete Their Data

You can delete all data associated with your account or device at any time by using the in‑app deletion feature:

Settings → Delete All Data

When you select this option:

  • All self‑analysis entries

  • Organizational analysis entries

  • Values, mission, and vision statements

  • Goals, progress, and milestones

  • Reflections and journaling

  • SCODD worksheets

  • Any other manually entered information

…will be permanently deleted from your device and, if applicable, from cloud storage used for syncing.

This action cannot be undone.

2. Data Stored on Your Device

If you uninstall the App:

  • All locally stored data is automatically deleted.

  • No copies remain on your device.

3. Data Stored in the Cloud

If you use cloud syncing:

  • Deleting your data through Settings → Delete All Data removes it from cloud storage as well.

  • We do not retain backups once deletion is complete.

4. Payment Information

If you have made purchases:

  • Payment information is processed and stored by third‑party payment providers (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe).

  • These providers may retain transaction records as required for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

  • We do not store your full credit card number or sensitive payment data.

User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the mobile applications, website, and related services provided by Dragon Training Tactics/Lifecharge Consulting (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is designed to help individuals and organizations:

  • Conduct self‑analysis and organizational analysis

  • Clarify values, mission, and vision

  • Set goals and track progress

  • Reflect on personal and professional development

  • Complete SCODD worksheets and similar exercises

The App is for personal and organizational development only. It is not a medical, psychological, financial, or legal service.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information to the best of your ability

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes

  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App

  • Not upload harmful, malicious, or inappropriate content

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials (if applicable)

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or device.

3. Data You Enter

You may enter information such as:

  • Reflections and journaling

  • Goals and progress

  • Values, mission, and vision statements

  • Organizational assessments

  • SCODD worksheets

  • Any other self‑entered content

You retain ownership of all content you enter. By using the App, you grant us permission to store and process this data solely to provide App functionality.

4. Payments and Purchases

If you make purchases through the App:

  • Payments are processed securely by third‑party providers (e.g., Apple, Google, Stripe)

  • We do not store your full credit card number or sensitive payment details

  • You agree to provide accurate billing information

  • All purchases are subject to the payment provider’s terms and conditions

Refunds, if offered, will follow our Refund Policy (available upon request or posted separately).

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design elements, and materials within the App — except for the data you personally enter — are the intellectual property of Dragon Training Tactics/Lifecharge Consulting.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce App content

  • Use our trademarks, branding, or materials without permission

  • Create derivative works based on the App

  • You violate this Agreement

  • You misuse the App

  • We discontinue the App or specific features

You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App or using Settings → Delete All Data removes your stored information.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement periodically. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
