Lifecharge and Dragon Training Tactics
Lifecharge has launched Dragon Training Tactics to help Individuals, Teams and Organizations achieve more. Within Martial Arts, the Dragon integrates aspects of other animals such as power, speed, precision, and adaptability—into a single, unified style to be highly effective. Dragon Training Tactics provides training in many different methods to help participants reach peak performance!

Elements of our training
Dragon Training Tactics incorporates elements of mental skills, Psychology, Sports Psychology and goal setting to help participants set themselves apart and succeed. Drawing from neuroscience and elite performance training, this program teaches how thoughts shape emotions, behaviors, and ultimately outcomes — and how to intentionally reprogram those patterns for success.

Applications
Participants learn how the conscious mind directs focus while the subconscious manages habits, automatic reactions, and deeply rooted beliefs. Through practical techniques such as positive self‑talk, habit formation, mental rehearsal, and purposeful visualization, learners discover how to influence subconscious programming and build stronger neural pathways that support confidence, resilience, and high performance. Thoughts can have a huge impact on one’s future life.
Participants examine self‑fulfilling prophecies, uncover limiting beliefs, and learn how to replace destructive mental patterns with empowering alternatives. They also practice arousal‑regulation strategies — including breathing techniques, reframing, attentional cues, and progressive relaxation — to maintain optimal mental “RPM” in high‑pressure environments.
Through guided exercises, reflection, visualization routines, and real‑world application, learners build the ability to choose intentional responses rather than automatic reactions. They leave with practical tools to enhance focus, motivation, emotional regulation, and performance in both personal and professional settings.
